Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nodemind, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Nodemind for personal and commercial workflow automation purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may:

• Create and manage visual workflows
• Save and share your workflow configurations
• Use the platform for legitimate business purposes

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service to create harmful or malicious workflows

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all workflows, data, and content you create using Nodemind. We do not claim ownership of your workflows or data. However, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nodemind or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Nodemind, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
